What the video shows
When your practice requires an authenticator app, you set it up the first time you sign in. It only takes a minute. Have your phone ready, with an authenticator app on it.
Start just as you always do. Type your user name and your password, and then choose Sign In. You only see the next part once, the first time you sign in.
Instead of opening Chiral Cloud, it asks you to set up your authenticator app.
Open your authenticator app on your phone, add a new account, and scan the square code with the phone's camera.
If you can't scan it, type this key into the app by hand instead, or use the Copy key button to copy it.
Your app now shows a 6-digit code for Chiral Cloud. Type the code that's showing now into the box, and choose Confirm.
Here are your recovery codes. If you lose your phone, each one lets you sign in once. Copy them or download them, and keep them somewhere safe. You won't see them again.
When your codes are somewhere safe, choose I've saved these, and you're signed in to Chiral Cloud.
From now on, you type the code from your app each time you sign in. You can replace your app from My account, but you can't remove it while your practice requires one.
