What the video shows
Holidays and other time away go on the Time off tab. Open Diary Schedules, choose the clinician, here John Jones, and then Time off. The diary is closed at these times. John has nothing booked yet.
To book time off, press Add. A panel opens on the right.
Open the calendar and move on to November with the arrow. Pick the first day, then the last day. Here, John is away from Monday the sixteenth to Friday the twentieth of November.
All day is on, so it covers the practice's opening hours on every one of those days.
Press Save. The panel closes, and the week off appears in the list.
For part of a day, press Add again. For one day, just pick it once. Then turn All day off, and two more boxes appear for the times.
Now set the time John is away from, and the time he's back. Here, from two until four in the afternoon.
Back at has to be after Away from. If it isn't, the page says so and Save waits.
Put it right, and Save is ready again. Press it, and the afternoon off is added to the list.
To change one, double-click it. John will now be away for the rest of that afternoon, so Back at becomes five o'clock.
To remove time off, select it and press Delete. You're asked to make sure, so press Yes, and it's gone.
