    What the video shows

Setting up a clinician? You can start from someone else's set-up. Open Diary Schedules and choose the clinician, here Doctor Strange. His old patterns have ended, so at the moment he isn't working at all.

Press Copy from, and a box opens. Open the list, and choose the clinician to copy from. We'll copy John Jones. Both boxes underneath are ticked: Working pattern and Booking zones.

Underneath, it tells you exactly what it will do, before anything happens.

Press Copy. The working pattern is saved straight away, and his week now looks just like John's.

On the Working pattern tab, his new pattern is already in the list, with John's dates. Select it to see it in full.

On Booking zones, John's zones are there too, with the reminder that they aren't saved yet.

If someone already has booking zones, copying asks before replacing them. Here we open Copy from again, choose John, and untick Working pattern, so only the zones would be copied. A new box appears: Replace Doctor Strange's existing booking zones. Copy stays greyed out until you tick it, so nothing is replaced by accident. We'll cancel.

Finally, press Save at the top of the page to keep the booking zones. The reminder disappears.
