The patient’s date of birth has been added to the relevant toolbars in the age text block.

Mail Shots
The Email and SMS mail shots now include the ability to define a note to be created for the patient in addition to the email or SMS.
An external spreadsheet can also be used to define the target patients.

A stacked patient can have their journey stage updated from the stacked claims table.
Downloadable Recalls Due XL spreadsheet
The current recalls due list can now be downloaded as an XL spreadsheet with a sheet per clinician.
Resolved Issues
Real-time updating
Some items were not being updated in real-time, i.e. cancelling an appointment would not be shown in the patient’s summary page if the summary page was already open.
Issuing an accounting item such as an Invoice or Payment would not be shown instantly in the open patient’s account summary.
These issues have been solved.
Add Patient and Personal Details – telephone digit length extended
These have been extended to accommodate up to 15 digits.
PDFs not reloading
When a PDF was opened, i.e., Show Invoice, and the page was switched away from and back to, it would hang at the loading indicator. This is now working.
Double-clicking error on some tables.
Some data tables were creating an error message if double clicked. Some displayed errors if a selected row was clicked more than once.
