New Features
Read-only document templates
Patient and system templates have a new Create as read-only tick in the Create and Edit template dialogs. When it is ticked, documents created from that template are locked against editing. It is off by default, so existing templates work as before.
The template lists in Utilities → Templates have a new Read-only column with a padlock on templates that create locked documents.
The same column appears when you choose a template to create a document, so you can see which templates create locked documents. This applies to patient letters, referrer letters, prescriptions, treatment plans, payment plans and appointment letters.
Resolved Issues
New documents opening view-only
A newly created letter, referral, prescription, treatment plan document or payment plan document always opened view-only, even when its template was not read-only. It now opens ready to edit, unless its template creates locked documents.
