Release 1.7.89

New Features

NHS Claim Edit Date (#357)

When a stacked claim is edited, the date is now shown in the stacked claim listing.

Patient Document Classification (#358)

When documents and images are uploaded to Chiral they can now be classified to one of a set of practice-defined classifications. This will allow for practices to easily check that, new patients say, have filled in all the necessary documents on registration.

Document classifications are created/edited via the “Housekeeping” feature.

From here new classifications can be added using the plus button or edited/deleted using the selection and context menu method. Either creating or editing provides the user with the following dialog.

The classifications are completely definable by the practice and could be say medical history scans or consent forms etc.

Remember to save the housekeeping updates when you have finished.

Once classifications have been created and saved they can be used when uploading to Chiral. The upload dialogue now has the added drop-down menu per file, allowing each file to be individually classified.

If no classification is required, no selection is made. Selection is made for each uploaded document that requires it.

These classifications are then visible in the patents document/image list. SV in the example below.

NHS Commissioner Approval (#360, #361, #362)

The requirement to supply Commissioner Approval for all patients over the age of 18 at the date of referral for NHS Form 1, Assess and Refuse, Asses and Review and Appliance fitted claims is met in the NHS claim edit section 5. If the patient meets the requirements the Commissioner Approval tick box is visible.

CopReport1 NHS Form 2 submission Count (#359)

A new column containing the Form 2 NHS claim submission count has been added to this report.
