New Features
New Note Type (#350)
To date, Medical notes have been added via the “Add Treatment” note section. They appear in the note list by selecting the treatment note filter.
This filter is set automatically for the appointment view of the notes.
A new note type “Medical” note has been introduced which can be added as any other type of note and will appear as if made via the treatment note section in add treatments.
The filter name for these note types has changed from “Treatment” to “Medical”.
The Medical note is created as any other note type and then selecting the type “Medical”
Resolved Issues
Patient Note Printing (#348)
Printing patient notes included the formatting codes in the note content section. These are now removed when printed.
Patient Note Section (#349)
Some updates to the patient note section were not showing in real-time and required not only closing the appointment tab but also logging out and back to update the contents.
Tablet Medical History (#352)
The medical history section on the tablet has a “No Change” button to allow the patient to indicate their medical conditions have not changed since they were last recorded.
This was not operating correctly and recorded a blank medical history.
