Patient images can now be attached to referrer email (#337)
Once a referrer letter has been created, the user can now select images, a referrer letter and email them to the patient’s referrer.
Once the document has been created, the required images are selected. If a single image is selected or is right-clicked on the following menu is provided.
If two or more images are selected, the context image is limited.
Having selected the images the next dialog allows the user to select the patient referrer document.
Clicking OK will show the normal email body content preview box. From here selecting OK will send the selected document and images all as email attachments.
Edit patient medical condition now implemented (#335)
It is now possible to edit the patient’s medical condition information. This requires the correct user capability to be set.
Delete patient medical condition now implemented (#338)
It is now possible to delete a patient’s medical condition information. This requires the correct user capability to be set.
Edit patient medical history now implemented (#334)
It is now possible to edit the patient’s medical history information. This requires the correct user capability to be set.

NHS claim IOTN value now defaults to 1 (#332)
The NHS claim number defaults to 1 instead of zero. NHS claim processing rejects IOTN values of 0 so each claim would have to be edited or a patient Orthodontic assessment carried out.
NHS Claim, patient charge now editable (#326)
Part 2 of the Orthodontic NHS claim now has a patient charge field which can be used to add or edit the value submitted to the NHS EDI.
Patient contact numbers details now have length and validity checks (#333)
Patient mobile and home telephone numbers now have 11 numbers to be valid. Mobile numbers must start with 07 and landline numbers must start with 0.
Treatment plan template document (#327)
The treatment plan template document now supports an extra field for the treatment items table PLAN_ITEM_COMMENT. This is the comment field available for each added treatment.
Patient Journey snapshot report (#325)
The patient journey snapshot report is now sorted by journey code description rather than code.
Patient medical history, no change (#324)
Patient medical history forms entered on the tablet application now have a No Change option. This is available if the patient has a previous history in the system.
If this option is used the system copies the last form entry and updates the entered and expires on date s.
Resolved Issues
Stacked NHS claims now removed from the list when submitted (#336)
The claim is now instantly removed from the stack list when submitted.
Medical history form addition (#331)
The in-surgery addition of medical history forms was only available via the context menu, this was a problem as the context menu is only available on existing form entries.
If no medical history entries existed the context menu was not available.
A new Add+ button has been added to the history section.
The questionnaire section on the tablet had no exit route (#323)
The buttons to save or cancel the questionnaire section were not being shown.
