Compress / Expand Charting Category Details (CCA_137)
The charting category button now has a compress / expand capability. This allows for the category buttons to be laid out more neatly when there is a lot of descriptive text associated with the category name.

NHS appointment with non-NHS provider (CCF_162)
A non-NHS provider saving patient treatments is asked to provide an NHS-provider to whom these treatments will be charged. This was causing an error to occur.
