Add Patient Medical Condition (CCA_128)
It is now possible to add a new patient medical condition via a dialog rather than from the hedical history form. The dialog is accessed via Patient Details->Medical History
The dialog allows for the selection of the relevant medical condition and for a patient specific note to be added.
Resolved Issues
Adding Patient Recall (CCF_154)
Adding a manual patient recall from the patient screen caused an error. This has now been corrected and the recall dalog is now shown.
