Patient Consent Forms (CCA_109)
It is now possible to print patient consent forms from the patient document consent forms section context menu.
Consent Forms Preselection (CCA_110)
The manual addition of consent forms from the diary compliance menu now shows the forms that are automatically added via the preference settings as preselected.
Medical History Form Editing (CCA_111)
The items that have been added to the medical history form now have a context menu allowing them to be edited.
The content of the medical history form is now shown in the details panel of the selected item from the table on left or right .
Questionnaire List (CCA_112)
The list of questionnaires is now available from the main system menu compliance section.
This list allows for patient searching, viewing and printing.
Diary Type Filtering (CCA_114)
The diary type section in housekeeping now has the ability to filter types marked as archived to reduce the overall list length.
