Invoice / Receipt Printing (CCA_115)
It is now possible to print invoices and receipts when they are issued / raised. This is available either from the appointment or patient record view.

For receipts, the issue print option is on the following receipt related payment options page;
Date of Birth Merge Field (CCA_116)
The patient date of birth is now available as a merge field in the medical history template as {PATIENT_DOB}.
Resolved Issues
Patient Referrer Selection (CCF_136)
When creating a patient referrer document the patients referrer is correctly preselected and visible.
Medical History Form Layout Improvements (CCF_137)
The header section of the medical history form in the tablet, patient portal and appointment view has been improved to improve clarity of presentation.
Spurious Payment Plan Suspension (CCF_138)
This has been corrected.
Appointment Moving (CCF_139)
Moving appointment to and from the diary palette was not reliable. The appointments moved from the diary now appear in the correct section depending on who has moved the appointment. Moving appointments back to the diary from the palette also now functions correctly.
Recalls & Reminders Due (CCF_141)
When changing date in the recall and reminders due views could leave the patient list empty if the number of items per view was changed. This now resets the list to the first page whenever the date is changed.
NHS Patients Personal Details (CCF_142)
If a patients personal details was accessed in either the tablet or patient portal when the complete dataset had not been entered an application exception occurred.
Portal Login (CCF_143)
When logging into the portal with incorrect username or password no indication was given that the details were wrong. The patient is now informed that either the username or password is incorrect.
