Financial Reports (CCA_078)
Financial reports now have account group selectors to specify required view.
Patient Journey Snap Shot Report (CCA_080)
The patient journey report tab now has the journey report and snap shot report as sub tabs.
User Outstanding Task Report (CCA_081)
This report has been added to the user menu. It details any outstanding tasks allocated to the current logged in user. This can include diary handover tasks that have not been completed.
Charting Material (CCA_082)
Titanium has been added to the list of chartable item materials.
Patient Portal (CCA_088)
The patient portal is now live for existing patient and new patient registrations. The registration page is accessed via the standard practice login URL with /Registration appended. The Client login page is accessed via the standard practice login URL with /Client appended.
There are new patient registration Email and SMS templates under the Preferences->Reports / Emails / SMS.
The templates are Email Registration and SMS Registration. These are used to send the registering patient a confirmation code to complete the process
Patient Portal Content Control (CCA_089)
The patient portal content can now be controlled via the Preferences->Practice Details menu tab. Each available item can be removed from the patient view via a simple check box on this page.
Online Booking and Video conference Menu Entry (CCA_090)
This menu entry has two sub-entries one a report of online appointments and video conferences that have been booked and a video conference status entry.
The online booking page shows by date selector the weeks converted online bookings, i.e. those online allocations that have been booked by patients.
The video conference page shows those conferences that are due foe the current day and whether the patient has logged in to join the call. The user can access the associated appointment and video tab from this page or from the normal diary appointment route.
These online bookings are now shown in the diary with different icons.
Patient Tablet (CCA_91)
The patient tablet facility is now also available and can be accessed by creating a use with the role of Table User. Logging in on the table as this user will provide access to the tablet main menu.
Appointment confirmations (CCA_092)
Appointment booking, cancellation, deletion and rescheduling confirmations can now be optionally sent to the patient via email and / or SMS. The control of this is via the Preferences->Recalls & Reminders menu.
There are new patient registration Email and SMS templates under the Preferences->Reports / Emails / SMS.
The Templates are Email Appointment Confirmation, Email Cancellation Confirmation, Email Rescheduling Confirmation, SMS Appointment Confirmation, SMS Cancellation Confirmation, SMS Rescheduling Confirmation
Selected Appointment in Diary (CCA_093)

The report was showing now entries for the 31-60 day period irrespective of there being any valid entries.

Navigating from the patient journey report to the patient details page and back cause the system to crash.
