Remove Show and Print options from Cancellation / Delete reports (#520)
These toolbar options have been removed and replaced with the Download Excel report option.
Implement Daily / Weekly Delete / Cancels Excel reports (#527)
This report now correctly shows all daily appointment cancellations and deletions. This can be downloaded as an Excel format spreadsheet via the toolbar.
The same applies to the weekly version of the report.
Add Dental Cone Beam CT CBCT to the XRay report (#522)
The CBCT, XRay type can now be specified in the XRay compliance record.
